Berilah mereka mut‘ah, bagi yang kaya sesuai dengan kemampuannya dan bagi yang miskin sesuai dengan kemampuannya pula, sebagai pemberian dengan cara yang patut dan ketentuan bagi orang-orang yang berbuat ihsan.

فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مَرَضًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْذِبُونَ

وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءهُم بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلاَ نَصِيرٍ ﴿١٢٠﴾ 2/Al-Baqarah-one hundred twenty: Va lan tardea aankal yaahoodu va lan naasearea haattea tattabiaa millatahum kul inna hudealleahi huval hudea va la inittabaa’ta ahveaahum baa’dallazee ceaaka minal ilmi, mea laka minaalleahi min valiyyin va lea naaseer(naaseerin).

And guard yourselves towards daily each time a soul shall not avail A further, nor will intercession be acknowledged from him nor will compensation be taken from him nor will they be assisted. (forty eight)

2:228 وَالْمُطَلَّقَاتُ يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنْفُسِهِنَّ ثَلَاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ ۚ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَنْ يَكْتُمْنَ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ فِي أَرْحَامِهِنَّ إِنْ كُنَّ يُؤْمِنَّ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ إِنْ أَرَادُوا إِصْلَاحًا ۚ وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيْهِنَّ دَرَجَةٌ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ Divorced Gals continue to be in waiting for a few durations, and It's not at all lawful for them to hide what Allah has established in their wombs whenever they have confidence in Allah and the final Working day.

two:246 أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الْمَلَإِ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مُوسَىٰ إِذْ قَالُوا لِنَبِيٍّ لَهُمُ ابْعَثْ لَنَا مَلِكًا نُقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ هَلْ عَسَيْتُمْ إِنْ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ أَلَّا تُقَاتِلُوا ۖ قَالُوا وَمَا لَنَا أَلَّا نُقَاتِلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَقَدْ أُخْرِجْنَا مِنْ دِيَارِنَا وَأَبْنَائِنَا ۖ فَلَمَّا كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقِتَالُ تَوَلَّوْا إِلَّا قَلِيلًا مِنْهُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالظَّالِمِينَ Have you not regarded as the assembly of the youngsters of Israel after [time of] Moses after they said to your prophet of theirs, "Deliver to us a king, and We are going to fight in how of Allah "?

Say: “We have confidence in Allah Which which has been sent all the way down to Abraham, Ishmael and Isaac plus the tribes (Al-Asbât= the offspring from the twelve sons of Jacob), Which that has been presented to Moses and Jesus, Which that has been presented for the (other) prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction concerning any of these also to Him we have been submitted”. (136)
